I'll try to keep the science-talk to a minimum, but today I'd like to do some myth-busting around pain. Is it just "getting numb", and you need to "deaden your nerves" to take more pain? what the heck is leatherbutt? How does pain tolerance work, and change? how can you change YOUR pain tolerance?
